I’m Thilanka Muthu, a hospitality professional with 15 years of hospitality experience & strong
background in hotel sales, revenue strategy, and group business development. Over the years,
I’ve worked closely with hotels, corporate clients, and sports organizations to create
meaningful partnerships that drive real results.

As a Director of Sales, I’ve seen firsthand how time-consuming and inefficient group hotel
booking can be—for both clients and hotels. That’s exactly why I created We Care NM.

We Care NM was built to simplify the process. My goal is to connect clients with the right
hotels, negotiate the best possible rates, and create a smooth, stress-free experience from
inquiry to booking. At the same time, I help hotels increase occupancy and generate valuable
room night production without adding extra workload to their teams.

What sets me apart is my hands-on approach and deep understanding of both sides of the
business. I don’t just pass along leads—I actively work to make sure every opportunity is a win
for both the client and the hotel.
